  1. The entity must not already be active on the platform.
  2. The required entity information must be completed.
  3. A designated Knowledge Management Officer must be assigned to the entity.
  4. The Knowledge Management Officer's email address must belong to the entity's official domain.
  5. The designated Knowledge Management Officer must not already be assigned as the Knowledge Management Officer of another entity on the platform.
