E-participation Policy

​​Clause 1

E-participation means that the user interacts with MEP questionnaires or submits a proposal, idea, or innovative initiative with the aim of collaborating with MEP​ to develop the provided programs and services.

Clause 2

MEP is keen to supervise and review all participations before publication to ensure compliance with state laws and to raise the level of dialogue to achieve the desired goals.

Clause 3

MEP reserves the right, without being obliged to do so, not to publish or delete content that it deems contrary to its policies or the laws of the Kingdom. MEP and its employees cannot be held legally liable for the consequences of publishing comments or observations through its electronic means of E-participation.

Clause 4

Interaction with community participation tools is not considered an endorsement of views or proposals or their implementation by MEP. Rather, MEP analyzes participations and examines their applicability and feasibility.

Clause 5

MEP retains its moral and legal rights to handle participations on E-participation page, including registering, transforming, producing, or reconfiguring ideas or proposals in line with MEP's business strategies.
