About the Competition and Suppliers Management Portal
This page has been created for competitions on the Fund's website in implementation of the objectives of the Government Competitions and Procurement System, which aims to regulate procedures related to works and purchases, prevent the exploitation of influence and personal interests therein, protect public funds, achieve the best value for public money, create integrity and competition, achieve equality, provide fair treatment to all competitors, and create a principle of transparency in the procedures of all works and purchases related to the Fund.
To view the competitions and purchases related to the Human Resources Development Fund, please follow these steps:
- Access the Competition and Purchasing Management link click here.
- Click on "Access to Competition Service."
- Choose the icon for "Search."
