The Human Resources Development Fund focuses its efforts on enhancing the skills of national human resources, providing them with knowledge and qualifications, and aligning them with the needs of the labor market and job opportunities. The Fund strives to advance the human resources system in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by employing insights, charting future directions for the labor market, and providing services to beneficiaries within a package of focused programs that address the needs of the beneficiary and meet their requirements.
