Information Security Strategy
Introduction:
The importance of information security increases as the importance of the sector and the responsibilities entrusted thereto increases. Undoubtedly, the Human Resources Development Fund (HADAF) aims to empower the national cadres and provide them with support services. It is therefore important for HADAF to have a clear and approved information security vision and strategy consistent with its importance.
Information security is one of the most significant elements of the various departments within HADAF because it is closely related to its activities and the provision of services in a secure electronic manner that provides the necessary speed, flexibility and accuracy. It also helps achieve the required level of information assets and data protection within the framework of a secure infrastructure in accordance with best practices, technical and security standards and relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.

HADAF focuses its efforts to raise the skills of national human resources, provide them with knowledge and qualifications and align them with the needs of the labor and employment market. It adopts a beneficiary-centric approach as an axial element in designing and providing services and performing its activities. It strives to upgrade the human resources ecosystem in KSA through application of visions, drawing the future directions of the labor market, and providing services to beneficiaries within intensive program package that considers the beneficiaries’ needs and fulfillment of their requirements
