Yes, a non-Saudi child of a Saudi mother is supported, and the child's residence permit and birth certificate are required.

This can be due to one of the following reasons:

  1. Failure to go to the support icon, select the child to be added to the support, and send the request to the Qurrah team.
  2. Registration at a center that is not approved by the Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf).
  3. The ineligibility of the beneficiary. The beneficiary is directed to submit a request through her account on the Hadaf portal.

This can be due to one of the following reasons:

  1. A malfunction in the Hadaf portal leading to the ineligibility of the beneficiary. In this case, the procedure is to direct the beneficiary to submit a request through her account on the Hadaf portal, so the issue can be transferred to the technical team in the portal, and the beneficiary can be informed about the reason for exclusion from the product.
  2. The beneficiary does not meet the requirements of the Qurrah product.
  3. The beneficiary has left her job and is no longer registered with social insurance.

The support cannot be stopped once it starts from the first supported booking. It will automatically stop when the eligibility status of the subscriber or her child changes to 'ineligible' if the terms and conditions of the product are breached. A request to cancel the booking should be submitted by the mother and the center via email to info@qurrah.sa or through the customer service system (tickets) so that the child is not included in the invoice, and the deducted amount is refunded to the mother only. Note that if there is a completed and paid booking, another booking cannot be made for the same child in the Qurrah system as it does not allow for two bookings for the same child.
